(And set up custom alerts the same way, etc. In the demonstration, when I connected my CUCM-RTMT instance to CUC (or the CCX-RTMT instance to UCCX) I did not show using RTMT to view real-time information, but you can absolutely do so. I wish I saw this two days ago as I just spent them trying to figure our why NAT doesn't work for me. Yes, in exactly the same way as RTMT for CUCM as I showed in the demonstration.
